The Chestnut Hill Business Association is an organization of Chestnut Hill merchants and other businesspersons in the neighborhood. It was founded as the Chestnut Hill Development Group and was called that until c.1990 when it was renamed Chestnut Hill Business Association. Chestnut Hill Development Group/ Chestnut Hill Business Association sponsored a sale once or twice a year called Royal Rummage. Some businesses, such as Cheeze Pleeze, had unusually spelled business names.
